Daniel Schmitt This album is at once bizarre and yet magical at the same time. Very reflective. Favorite track: Kostroma to Minsk Suite.

Lost Tribe Sound This album is filled with so much life and movement, it becomes hard to distinguish the life inside my headphones from that on the outside. Directorsound blends environmental moments so perfectly with his signature wide-eyed, eclectic instrumental style, heaping in health doses of shuffling, jangly rhythms you could sink into for days. This album stands alone as unique yet shares common ground with other favs, like the works of Origamibiro or the more pastoral works of William Ryan Fritch. Favorite track: Kostroma to Minsk Suite.
